Mr. TRUONG MINH TRI

GENERAL DIRECTOR

Tri Truong has joined the firm since July 2004 as Deputy General Director of Davis Langdon & Seah Vietnam, Langdon & Seah Vietnam. He has been apppointed as the Country Head of Arcadis Vietnam Office from 2019 to 2022. Since November 2022, he has continued the role of General Director when the firm name was changed to DLS Consultant.

Tri Truong has over 30-year experience in the Vietnam construction industry working on Building and Infrastructure projects as Project Director of Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Design and Construction Engineering

His market sector experience includes offices, retail, hotels, residential, entertainment, sports, and leisure, educational, industrial, hospital, road transportation and bridge projects.

Mr. TRAN DANG KHOA

OPERATION DIRECTOR

Khoa Tran, graduated in Civil Engineer and Master Engineering in construction management from HCMC University of Technology. He has joined the firm since April 2010 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor of Davis Langdon & Seah Vietnam. Khoa Tran was appointed as Associate from 2017 to 2019 and then Operations Director of Arcadis Vietnam from 2019 to 2022. Since November 2022, he has continued the role of Operations Director when the firm name was changed to DLS Consultant

With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 14 years in the role of tender, cost and contract management consultant at DLS Consultant, Mr. Khoa has been involved in numerous large-scale projects in the Vietnamese and Cambodian markets. Furthermore, he has been a trainer for FIDIC Contracts courses at the Bim Lab Center, HCMC University of Technology.

His market sector experience includes offices, retail, hotels, resorts, residential, educational, industrial, hospital projects.

Mr. TRAN HOANG DUY

MEP DIRECTOR

Duy Tran has joined Davis Langdon & Seah Vietnam since 2007 as a M&E Quantity Surveyor. After the company changed its name to Langdon & Seah Vietnam, he was promoted to M&E QS Manager. When the company joined Arcadis Group in 2016, he was appointed as MEP Associate Director and continued to hold the role of MEP Director when the firm name was changed to DLS Consultant in 11/2022.

With more than 20 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering as Designer, Project Engineer and Quantity Surveyor on Building, Industry, and Infrastructure projects.

His market sector experience includes including offices, retail, hotels, healthcare, education, residential, entertainment, sports and leisure, industry, and infrastructure in Viet Nam and Cambodia.

Mr. DO TAN VIET

OPERATION DIRECTOR

Viet Do has joined Davis Langdon & Seah Vietnam since Nov 2004 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. He was appointed as an Associate of Arcadis Vietnam in 2016. Since November 2022, he has been appointed as an Operation Director of DLS Consultant.

Viet Do has over 23-year experience in the Vietnam construction industry working on Building and Infrastructure projects as a Supervisor, Designer, Quantity Surveyor.

His market sector experience includes offices, retail, hotels, residential, entertainment, sports, and leisure, educational, industrial, hospital, road transportation and bridge projects.

Mr. TRUONG NHUT MINH

DIRECTOR OF COST PLAN/COST ENGINEERING

Minh Truong has joined Arcadis Vietnam as Senior Quantity Surveyor role since 2016. Since from 11/2022, he has been appointed as a Director of Cost Plan/Cost Engineering.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and deeply has worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor since 2010.

His market sector experience includes hotels, healthcare, retail, office projects, especially in construction cost management for hospitality projects ranging from luxury to mid-range as well as commercial & mixed-use projects sector.
